How to cook hot soba for two

  1. Boil more than 3 liter of water
  2. Cook one packet of Fuji-no-Kuni Shizuoka Cha Soba for three and a half to four minutes

  4. Strain the noodles well and add them to the soup
  5. Soba goes well with tempura, eggs, dried seaweed, shallots etc.
